Shipping Information
We ship all orders through trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on your location and selected service.
Each shipment includes tracking information for full visibility until delivery.
Most domestic orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
To protect buyer and seller safety, we only ship to the address provided at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please cancel your order immediately and place a new one with the correct information.
Once an order is shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
We currently do not offer direct international shipping.
However, international buyers may use freight forwarding (FF) services to arrange overseas delivery.
Once a package has been delivered and signed for by your freight forwarder, UGNSHOP is no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur after that point.
All shipments include signature confirmation and insurance coverage to ensure secure delivery. If you plan to use a freight forwarding address, please make sure the service is reliable and capable of properly inspecting and consolidating your package before international transit.
Currently, local pickup is available by appointment only for verified wholesale buyers in the Dallas, TX area.
Please contact us before placing your order to schedule pickup availability.
Payment
We accept payments securely through PayPal, one of the world’s most trusted and widely used payment platforms. For wholesale or bulk purchases, we also accept wire transfers. This method is ideal for larger transactions or international buyers using freight forwarding services.

Orders & Returns
Placing an order is simple and secure. Browse our product catalog, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
You can complete your purchase using PayPal or other available payment options. Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all details.
For wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us directly to confirm stock availability and special pricing before checkout.
Yes, creating an account is required to place an order on UGNSHOP. This ensures accurate record-keeping for all sales, order tracking, and warranty verification. Registered members can easily review past purchases, manage returns, and receive exclusive updates and wholesale offers.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can request a return directly from your My Account → Orders page.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and the item must remain in its original condition with all accessories included.
Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
You can cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, please log in to your account and select My Account → Orders → Cancel.
Once the order status changes to Processing or Shipped, cancellations and address changes are no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped, you may still request a Return or Exchange after delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can also log in to your account and visit My Account → Orders to view real-time shipment updates.
All shipments include tracking information for complete visibility from dispatch to delivery.
To access wholesale pricing and bulk purchase options, you must first create a regular UGNSHOP account.
After registration, please contact our support team or submit a Wholesale Access Request through your account dashboard.
Once verified, your account will be upgraded to Wholesale Status, allowing you to view wholesale pricing and receive special dealer benefits.
