Shipping Information

We ship all orders through trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on your location and selected service.
Each shipment includes tracking information for full visibility until delivery.
Most domestic orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

We currently do not offer direct international shipping.
However, international buyers may use freight forwarding (FF) services to arrange overseas delivery.
Once a package has been delivered and signed for by your freight forwarder, UGNSHOP is no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur after that point.
All shipments include signature confirmation and insurance coverage to ensure secure delivery. If you plan to use a freight forwarding address, please make sure the service is reliable and capable of properly inspecting and consolidating your package before international transit.

Payment

We accept payments securely through PayPal, one of the world’s most trusted and widely used payment platforms. PayPal provides advanced encryption and fraud prevention technology, ensuring that your financial information is never shared with us or any third party. You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card — all with the same level of protection and convenience.
For wholesale or bulk purchases, we also accept wire transfers. This method is ideal for larger transactions or international buyers using freight forwarding services.

Orders & Returns

Placing an order is simple and secure. Browse our product catalog, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
You can complete your purchase using PayPal or other available payment options. Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all details.
For wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us directly to confirm stock availability and special pricing before checkout.

You can cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, please log in to your account and select My Account → Orders → Cancel.
Once the order status changes to Processing or Shipped, cancellations and address changes are no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped, you may still request a Return or Exchange after delivery.
